Michael worked in the best restaurants of Germany. Whether »haute cuisine« at the restaurant, soul food at the Bistro, breakfast at the hotel, snacks at the »Bräustüble« or cookery courses and events – all bears Michaels signature.

Anja Bischoff

Anja also learned the »haute cuisine« and the hotel business and followed her husband to Bad Urach. She’s hotel manager, Sommelière, service manager, project manager and decorator.
